GND records with ORCID iDs

The chart shows the development of GND person records with ORCID iD. They have been entered manually since May 2016. As of March 2019, matching person records were determined in different matching procedures and a total of 63,547 ORCID iDs were entered into the GND, which are visible as stages in the graph. The 100,000 iD threshold was exceeded on 18 Dec. 2020.
